Terms of service
Last updated October 21, 2026
The service
EduMail provides receive-only temporary e-mail addresses. Delivery of any particular message is not guaranteed, and messages are deleted automatically.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything illegal, to harass others, to evade bans for abusive behaviour, or to create accounts in bulk for fraud or spam. Do not try to overload, probe or circumvent the security of the service. We may block addresses, domains or accounts that are used this way.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your password, recovery codes and API key safe. Tell us at support@edumail.to if you suspect misuse of your account.
Wallet and payments
Wallet balances are prepaid credit for creating premium addresses. Credit has no cash value and is not refundable, except where the law requires it. Prices per address are shown before you create one.
Developer API
API access is available after your first top-up. Keep within the published rate limits. We may change or suspend API access to protect the service.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost messages or for indirect damages arising from the use of temporary addresses.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
